One Bead’s career expo is built for students, not companies. And our space reflects this. The event is organized by industry rather than employer. Professionals are encouraged to speak broadly about the skills, interests, and experiences that lead to success in their field—helping students better understand the academic and career pathways that align with those fields. As with all One Bead events, we prioritize featuring speakers who can connect with students on a personal level–Many of our industry reps are BPS graduates themselves. The end goal is for students to walk away feeling seen, supported, and excited about their future.
